You can now stream live video over you iPhone and iPod Touch!
Here are the device requirements:
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.1 or later
Not sure how the iPad fits into this since it doesn’t have a camera!
Earlier this year Mashable reported 355,000 downloads the first week of launch.
Here is an excerpt:
“It’s only been a week since Justin.tv for iPhone hit the App Store, but the live video streaming service is already reporting some big numbers. Specifically, the company says that its app has already been downloaded 355,000 times, making it the number-two free social networking app in the App Store at the moment.”
I now see how the iPad fits into the picture as well. You can still view videos using the iPad. There is an enhancement in the app for the iPad that makes the video match the quality of the iPhone.
