Every time you do a search on Google using any browser, when you click on the link of a result your browser redirects to a page with an ad of some sort. Yellowpages, directionv.com or some random crappy site.  I use spyware doctor and I use Panda Cloud but neither was able to remove it. I found a post about a cloud based solution called Hitman Pro on http://download.cnet.com.  Installed it and i found the problem in the atapi.sys file. it will remove it on reboot and replace it with a clean version. You will be back up and running in no time!
