The Jet VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32-bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try reinstalling the applications that returned the error.
This problem vbajet32.dll plagued me for some time. I tried different solution such as copying certain dlls on to the machine but that didn’t work.
On my Window Millenium machine this was the quickest and easiest fix that actually worked.
I simply downloaded the latestest copy of MsJet40 from Microsoft and installed it! It was that easy! It was Msjet40 service pack 8.
