USB drive is not showing up when plugged into my computer

If you are having problems with your Windows computer, in particular, the USB drive is not showing up as a logical drive in Windows. Here is is a way to possibly access the drive:

1. Go to the command-line prompt
2. In windows explorer, determine your highest drive letter. Let’s say you have A,B,C,D.
3. At the command-line type E: then press
4. If your issue is like mine, you will be able to then get access to your USB drive.

Thanks!
